Hit & Run Baseball Acadamy

Hit & Run Sports Center was opened in December of 2009 and is perfect for year-round softball and baseball training. Instructors are available for one-on-one training for pitching, hitting, and fielding as well as video analysis with corrective drill training.

The center can also be dedicated for agility & speed training, soccer, lacrosse, field hockey, cheerleading, football, and other indoor sports. Their indoor facility has an estimated 9,000 square feet of padded turf which is perfect for keeping your athletes at peak performance in the off-season. It also is very accommodating for waiting guests and parents with a lounge area, multiple TV’s and WiFi Internet.

Project Details

Hit & Run Baseball Academy asked Drawlines Branding and Markerting to help them design several logos based on their original logo design from their boys’ baseball team. The new design was updated, more solid and the logo text was strong and bold matching team colors. The logo would be used for future embroidery on shirts, hats, and pants. Also used for marketing and advertising through printing and social media.

We designed and printed ‘leave behind’ cards for Hit & Run Baseball Academy employees to hand out to parents to help grow their teams. The cards were a simple glossy finish of 1000 count each.

Drawlines was asked to design a new WordPress website. A custom WordPress theme was built to match the everyday information being passed from Hit & Run to the parents and new possible clients. We also customized each splash page to their specifications with HTML and CSS codes for each team, giving information for seasonal training schedules or baseball games with Google Map directions. The splash page was then uploaded to their hosting server with a new domain name that we assisted in obtaining for them and then went live.

Hit & Run Baseball Acadamy asked Drawlines to assist them in using a web service called GetResponse.com in which we would put together newsletters twice a month which would then be emailed to customers and baseball team members. With our newsletter subscription plan, we set up a template that can load into place and we can edit the newsletter the way they would like to represent their info and weblinks.
